Slow and gentle Day 10

Hello everyone!

Today is Day 10 of the Slow and gentle routine and it is time to step it up a notch. This is a low impact cardio warm up and light pilates glute activation workout:

I did this first thing in the morning and simply got it out of my way for the day. I felt energised a bit even without breakfast, which I had after the workout.

Honestly I feel like I can handle more at this time and Im beginning to get a little sick of pilates. So I swapped another pilates-heavy workout for a short 3/5 HIIT workout and it did the trick. Also, FB Flex day 5 is on schedule for today, and I will get to that later today, after I refuel with a proper meal.

Its a little bit frustrating for me to slowly get bored of my own routine (4 week Recovery). Have you ever experienced anything similar yourself?
