Slow and gentle Day 9

Hello everyone!

Today I am back with Slow and gentle routine, day 9. This time the focus is on lower body and core, with a gentle restoring pilates routine with Kelli:

This is a really relaxing workout as it is, though it can be used as a pilates burnout after a cardio or strength workout. I used it just like that today after a short cardio session. Today is also an optional recovery day of my 4 week Recovery routine, and that one I used as a cooldown. I must say I pushed myself hard on that cardio workout, now Im feeling quite tired, in a positive way. :)
