Good morning!

If you have been poking around the site at all this morning, you may have noticed some changes in our article categories and content. This is an update and project that I am really excited about; because of FB Plus, we are going to be able to offer even more content written by Experts (physical therapists, registered dietitians, and doctors). We've also added a Nutrition category!

We already have dozens of free Expert articles (be sure to check these out if you haven't already), and we will continue to offer both Plus and free content written by these life changing professionals. Our aim is to provide information that empowers you and inspires you to learn about, and care for your own body.
