New Bored Easily Strength & HIIT Workout

HIIT Pilates Strength Workout - Lower Body Workout for People who Get Bored Easily

Just like the title implies, this is a fun combination of Pilates, HIIT, and strength training, and there are no repeat exercises in this routine. All you need is dumbbells but even without any equipment at all, you can still get in a great workout.

I dare you to go something nice for yourself right now! Here are some easy ideas:
Go drink a glass of water
Stand up and stretch (here's a quick & easy routine you can do at a desk)
Treat yourself to 3-5 deep breaths where you double the length of your exhale
Give yourself at least 20 minutes of screen free time
Call a friend or family member for a chat
Take a short break to draw, journal, color, meditate, play or listen to music

Remember that our minds need time for rest and recovery just like our bodies do, so try to find opportunities to lower your stress through the day.
