Goals

So I got in a good total body workout yesterday l.

I also added in this wonderfully relaxing routine.

I also got in a good cry.

I unfortunately did no running last month, as my breathing was 🥴.

I do have (a few) goals for October.

1. To grow closer in my relationship with Jesus. ✝️ 💕

2. To continue being there for my dad.

3. To develop a normal sleeping pattern.

4. To start (and complete) my 5th FB program.

5. To continue increasing my endurance.

6. To continue furthering my flexibility.

7. To go for nightly runs.

8. To once again omit added sugar from my my diet (birthday month derailed my refined sugar ban).

9. To make healthier food choices overall.

10. To drink at least 68 ounces of water a day.

11. To give myself grace when I want a treat.

12. To work on my self esteem (to put less stock in what people may or may not think of me).
