This EC really killed my inner thighs. I haven't felt them so isolated, like ever. 😳😂Maybe it's because I did have pilates leg day yesterday, after all. Now that I reflect on it, maybe I shouldn't have? 😅

Oh, and another 5x5x5 gem of a workout, in my opinion. 😉
