Perspiration Pals - June 25.

OK, P Pals! How are you today?😊

Obviously, not only did I have a rough night, the heat is getting to me as well. 🥵 I have no idea why I haven't slept, but in this weather, there's no chance I'll do bored easily uppers routine. This is the workout that seems surprisingly easy and effortless while reading a description, but during the workout, I'm huffing and puffing. Also, my muscle soreness the next day will let me know just how "easy" it was!😅
