Low impact version of FB booty

Hello everyone,

Tomorrow I will complete the last day of FB Low Impact. And I will start with FB Booty + FB Flex next week.

I have injured my ankle recently and I had to stop physiotherapy due to the covid situation. I don't want to go back too fast on high impact exercices.

I thought that I could adapt modify all exercices to low impact versions but I miss the creativity a bit.

I will replace most of the jumps by calf raises but this will mean a lot of calf raises :D

Do you have any other idea? Basic squats and lunges? Or was re-starting FB Booty too ambitious for me?
