Can Burpees actually be uh, er, fun?!

I wanted to add some HIIT/cardio to day 16 of Strong, which was this great abs workout with Kelli and Daniel both in it. https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/24-minute-ab-blasting-interval-workout-at-home-abs-workout (along with separate warm up and cool down videos, which made adding in another workout easier.)

I used the surprise me button after putting in the search parameters I wanted - short and sweaty, basically, and this golden oldie nightmare came up. It wasn't until I started the video that I realized it would be full, and I mean full of burpees! Burpees are usually difficult for me because of the arthritis in my hip, but I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be quite fun, and felt like a game. I went at a much slower pace than Kelli, and had modify a little, but it had me huffing and puffing and sweating big time.

If you're bored and have extra energy due to being stuck inside, give it a try, even if you hate burpees.
