FB Abs - Rounds 1 and 2

Today, we wanted to highlight two of our most popular Workout Programs—FB Abs, Round 1 and Round 2!

Before you read further, however, just because these programs have the word “abs” in them, it does not mean that you’ll be doing thousands of reps of core exercises.

In fact, from the outset, it’s important to remember that you cannot spot reduce fat. If you want to lose fat - including (and especially) stubborn belly fat - the best way is through a smart combination of a healthy diet, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and total body strength training.
