Program Highlight—FB Fit, Round 2

Just like all of Fitness Blender’s full Workout Programs, FB Fit - Round 2 offers daily guidance in the form of a clear, easy-to-follow workout plan. What makes the program different from some of our other programs, however, is the intensity and duration of the workouts.

We jump straight into HIIT & strength training workouts, and while we give beginner options for the especially brutal HIIT workouts for the first two weeks of this program, this program is not easy. You’ll need to listen to your body carefully and make adjustments, as necessary.

The good news is that if you’re serious about making strides in your fitness levels, and are willing to commit to this 8-week program filled with challenging workouts that average ~50 minutes per day, FB Fit - Round 2 can help you get fit as fast as possible.
