1 week of older and\or shorter videos + amazing lower body bodyweight combo

So, this week I decided to do only Older and\or shorter videos that I've never done before! I end up always doing more of the new ones, and the longer ones (In programs and choosing for myself, too), so I want to discover some diferent workouts this time. Today's lower body combo was a jewel, very hard! And very very fun to do.

(Now, this is a GREAT lower body treat guys!!! Serious!!! So fast, so sweaty, such a burn!!!! I've no idea that this 5x5x5 workout workout would hurt like this - and the hiit one is a real challenge with the 50 seconds intervals).
