Announcing our new 4 Week Workout Program: Coming 1/26

Are you guys ready for a new workout program?

We are working on the finishing touches for a January 26th launch of a new 4 Week Low Impact Program! We've heard requests for this for a very long time, and we were happy to deliver. (PS here's our first/previous 4 Week Low Impact Program)

It's important to note that this is not just meant for beginners. In fact, because of all of the strength training in this new program, it has a similar feel to our FB Strong Program (another crowd favorite).

Workouts are under 40 minutes a day and all you need is optional dumbbells. Strength training is the foundation of this program, although a wide variety of training styles make an appearance, including low impact cardio and even HIIT, Pilates, and stretching.

This is appropriate for beginners but can be made as challenging as you need it to be; we give modifications to make this program much harder, easily challenging even very fit people. It's also an excellent introduction for beginners to some of FB's more intense programs. This program can lead to weight loss & a noticeable change in body composition. Your energy levels may be higher, your health & mood will improve & so will your endurance, flexibility, balance, & strength.

We hope you're excited about this new program! It was a much needed and overdue addition to our workout program library. I'm going to start it as soon as it launches, if anyone wants to start/join an accountability group.
