Inglorious start to FB Booty

Day one of FB Booty includes this intense workout: Cardio HIIT Workout + Butt, Thighs, Abs: Ultimate Workout for Belly Fat Loss, No Equipment. https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/cardio-hiit-workout-butt-thighs-abs-ultimate-workout-for-belly-fat-loss-no-equipment. It's a great workout, had me gasping for air, which I like in a workout, but I have great difficulty with the HIIT portion of the workout due to the arthritis in my hip. The get ups and get downs, burpees, and all the exercises that require those kind of motions cause severe pain in my hip. Almost all of the HIIT portion of this workout is like that. (To be specific, the 2 variations of burpees, the surfboard get ups, and the mountain climber warrior lunge are the ones that give me trouble.) Does anyone have any suggestion for an approximately 10 minute HIIT workout that I could use as a substitute for that part the next time this workout comes up?
