Ok to workout when sore?

Hey everyone!! On Friday I finished out this 5 day challenge :

And I am STILL sore today. My hamstrings are tight but it's definitely not as bad as on Saturday morning. Anyhow, I have scheduled the start of FB Burn today (yay!) and it starts off with a 40min HIIT butt and thigh workout. I really want to do it but I am wondering if I am still sore if I should maybe wait to start this program until I am not sore anymore in my legs? What do you guys think.
