Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Blenders!

How are you all doin today?

Did you have a good weekend? Maybe got some good chillaxin' in?

I hope so! Caz I don't know about you guys, but gettin some good R & R on the weekends makes tackling the upcoming week a bit more bearable!

And how about a Random Bird Photo to start our week off with? This little guy is a male downy woodpecker! Downy's look similar to hairy woodpeckers, only they're quite a bit smaller. Which only adds to their adorableness factor, in my opinion! (My favorite thing about him are those little face whiskers! Too cute!)

Anywho, that's enough about birds for today---so let's talk about some workouts, shall we?

So how about it Blenders? What sort of workouts do you have planned for today? Perhaps the newest release from Kelli? Or maybe it's a rest day for you?

I'm actually going to start Blend today, very much because of Ivett's recent review of it! (https://www.fitnessblender.com/community/discussion/15666/fb-blend-complete-a-review-personal-note) I'd been on the fence about starting it for awhile, but this was just the push I needed to get it started! So thank you Ivett! And I'm lookin forward to Day 1's lower body descending reps routine! 💪

And how about that #eatrealfood goin on today? What's on the menu for today, Blenders?

I'm thinkin it's a great day for a hot dish! Maybe a tamale pie, somethin with some butternut squash in it, or a stroganoff-style meal? All sound good to me. Difficult part is deciding what to make now! haha
