FB XT

We get a lot of questions about how often you should work out every week.

The short answer, of course, is that every individual is different.

Determining what your goals are and finding what works for you often comes down to some good, old-fashioned trial and error. Given your goals and how your body responds to exercise, you may need to work out more often (paired with healthy eating, of course) or only need to work out a few times a week.

Regardless, working out as smartly and efficiently as possible and enjoying yourself (yes, enjoying yourself!) and making progress should always be goals.

Truly, the more we enjoy our workouts and appreciate what we can do (and not dwell on what we cannot), the more likely we are to maintain our exercise routines.

Most of our Workout Programs are five days a week, many times with an optional sixth “recovery” day. You can always adjust your workouts on our customizable calendar, of course, but if you are looking for a program that has been specifically built to be done in fewer days per week, one great option may be FB XT.

FB XT has three scheduled workouts per week, and can help maintain a healthy body weight and body fat percentage or serve as a fantastic option to give yourself an edge in whatever other sports and activities you might be participating in during the week.

The workouts focus on increasing endurance, speed, agility, balance, and flexibility, meaning that following this program can improve performance across the board, in virtually every sport. It's an excellent option if you only have time for three structured workouts each week.
