"Sore today, STRONG tomorrow"

Well, that's what I'll be telling myself while my quads heal.

Did the 100 Squat Challenge and the Lunge Challenge on Saturday, with warm up and cool down (left out the squat jumps and the hoping lunges, so technically did 90 squat/90 lunge challenges...lol).

In between this morning's workout and this evening's stretching, I taught my friend how to make crabapple jelly. Aren't these jewel toned little jars just lovely?
