I took this frosty picture a couple of days ago. It was so cold you could see the air freeze and stick to things, like this tree. It was kinda pretty.

Alright, let's talk about some workouts today!

I gotta say, I am pretty sore from yesterday's workout! Mostly in my glutes and hamstrings. So if you wanna good leg burnout, I highly recommend pairing these two workouts:

And what about today's workouts, Fellow Blenders? Are you working out, or are you resting?

I'm so excited for today's workout because it's the upper body tabata one, where you do 8 rounds of each exercise. So looking forward to an intense upper body routine!!

And how about some delicious food to refuel after a tough day's workout?

I think salmon, brown rice, and spinach with lemon dill sauce! Yeah, that's what I'm talkin 'bout! haha
