Hello Blenders, and Happy First Day of February 2019!!
Wow, how did that happen already?! Crazy!
February is staring with a bang here, with bitter cold temperatures! haha But at least when it's so cold out, you get some pretty pictures! So here's a pic of this lovely bluebird day we had after all that snow we got. Don't be fooled by the sunshine though, it was still below zero here! haha
Well, it's kind of a busy day here, so I'm gonna get right to our check-in! (Sorry no Fitness Friday question this week--but if there's a topic or question you'd like to see covered in the next Fitness Friday, please, don't hesitate to speak up!)
How about some workouts today? Are you guys working out, or are you resting?
Imma get my #WorkoutCompleteForK&D with an upper body workout today. Maybe the descending reps one.
And what about some good food goin on?
I'm thinkin some salmon and spinach pasta! With a little lemon and dill, yum!
