Daily Check-in: Thursday, January 24th

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Blenders!

How are you all doing today?

I'm feeling much better with Christina on the mend (she's already causing mayhem again lol), and we had a pretty sunrise this morning--which always puts me in a good mood! So I caught this pic of a raven soaring through the pretty clouds this morning, and I thought I'd share it with you all!

We also got several more inches of snow last night, which is a big plus! Though I'll admit it required a lot of shoveling, so I didn't do the lower body workout I had originally planned. I swapped it for this pilates routine:

And added a bit of yoga, and that made for a perfect evening of workouts!

I'm also still pretty sore through my upper back and shoulders from the 1000 Calorie Workout I did on Tuesday + shoveling snow = there's sore muscles that I didn't even know I had! haha

Does anybody else find snow shoveling a heck of a good core workout though? I mean, sure you feel the upper body muscles lifting the shovel and whatnot, but dang, do I feel my core working! Maybe we should see if K & D can make a core workout using a shovel.

"All you'll need for this workout is 6 inches of snow, and a shovel. Let's get started." 😆

Anywho, let's get back on track here!

What about workouts for today, Fellow Blenders? Are you working out today or are you resting?

I'm thinking some light movement on my sore muscles. So this flexibility routine with Kelli should feel great:

I'm thinking maybe some pork chops with potatoes and broccoli. That sounds so good! I can't wait!
