Daily Check-in: Wednesday, January 23rd

Hello Blenders, and Happy Wednesday (or Thursday)!

I wanna start today off by thanking you all for your well wishes for my little Christina Aguilera yesterday. She still looks a bit rough, but that's to be expected when you pass a Shrek-sized egg lol. The one she finally layed yesterday is the one on the left in the picture. (The one on the right is a normal-sized egg for her.) Not only was it huge, but it's got calcium deposits on it too. No wonder she had issues with it. Let's just hope that doesn't occur again.

Now I'm hoping she'll continue to recover, and be ok. She's still in "sick bay" trying to regain strength at the moment.

And I can't thank you guys enough for being so understanding and supportive even when it comes to my chickens. I know it can be a bit strange, but they mean a lot to me. I appreciate that you guys were so understanding about it.

So, thank you.

How are you all doing today? Feeling good? Glad that it's half-way through the work week already?

I am! This week so far hasn't been the best, so it should be the weekend already in my opinion.

And what about some workouts planned for today? Are you working out today, or are you resting?

Ok. So. I was a bit stressed yesterday. And decided that I wanted to blow off some steam, so I actually did this 1000 Calorie Workout yesterday:

And man, was it tough! But it felt so good too! I slept really good last night after this haha. I am quite sore through my upper back and shoulders today though.

Honestly, I feel pretty good with my lower body still, so I think I'll give a lower body workout a try. Maybe this one:
