Healthy Eating Challenge - Day 10

Hello FB Family!

How are you? Following along this challenge with me?

I'm proud to say I got my #HealthyDayComplete yesterday :D Now, I've just collected some fresh eggs (still warm *.*), so I'll make something with them for lunch. Nothing tastes better than some freshly laid eggs! We picked some wild chard from our garden yesterday afternoon, and it will make for a great side dish, with some green onions and black pepper. For dinner tonight I'm thinking chicken or turkey - not sure what I'll make yet, it depends on how much time I have, and I'm pretty busy these days.

Just out of curiosity, what do you cook when you're short on time but still want something warm and nutritious?
