We are excited to announce the launch of FB Booty Round 3: 4 Weeks of Fun and Intense Lower Body Training.
Build strength and definition in your glutes, quads, and hamstrings with our latest installment in the FB Booty program series. This program focuses on strength training, with an added pinch of HIIT, pilates, and mobility work; together, these training styles provide you with a well-rounded lower body training regimen. That said, this program is not all about squats, or chasing an appearance-based goal! These are smart, well rounded, and dynamic workouts that will have you looking, moving, and most importantly feeling great.
This program is designed with three lower body workouts per week. Many people like to pair our lower body programs with our upper body program, FB Flex, which is also three days a week.
