    Overview

This workout serves as Day 18 of the FB30 in 30 Team Program but can be used as a standalone workout any time.

Hello again friends! Welcome to Day 18!
Today's workout is all about building athletic endurance while strengthening your core! We'll move through conditioning circuits that challenge your coordination, balance, and cardiovascular fitness before finishing with dedicated core burnouts that will leave your abs working hard.

    Focus & Benefits
This workout improves cardiovascular endurance, coordination, balance, and core strength through dynamic, athletic-inspired movement patterns. The combination of standing exercises and floor-based core work creates a balanced session that strengthens your entire body while remaining gentle on your joints.

    Equipment

    • Exercise Mat

    Tips & Helpful Information

    • Prioritize Athletic Movement: Stay light on your feet and focus on quick, controlled transitions rather than simply moving as fast as possible.
    • Core Is Always Working: Even during the standing cardio exercises, keep your core engaged to improve balance, power, and overall movement efficiency.
    • Work at Your Own Pace: The intervals are short, so aim for a challenging but sustainable effort. Slow down when needed, then jump back in as soon as you're ready.

    Difficulty & Modifications
This workout is rated Level 3, but you can easily adjust the intensity based on your pace and range of motion. Reduce the depth of your lunges or squats, step instead of shuffling more aggressively, or perform crunches instead of tuck-ups if needed. During the plank and bear hold exercises, feel free to drop to your knees for additional support while maintaining good form.
