Face and neck workout from FB?

After losing just over 100# over the past few years, I feel great. I have been regularly working out with Kelli and Daniel and my body is quickly transforming into something I didn't think was possible. Thank you Kelli and Daniel for your amazing instruction and motivation!! I especially LOVE that you stick to recommending whole foods and smart exercise with attention to injury prevention (as a Nurse Practitioner, I wholeheartedly back this strategy!).

But after so much weight loss, my neck and jowls are saggy. Are there any specific strength training exercises that target this area? I would love to see a routine that could be done as an add-on a few days a week, specifically targeting this area. I know I can't get rid of stretched skin, but I feel that toning or even bulking the surrounding muscles may help some. While it's not the most important thing to me, at 45yo, I would like to preserve a youthful appearance as long as possible:)
