I'm new and so excited to be here!

Hi! I was referred to FB by a friend who loves the workouts. I have been working out fairly regularly for most of my adult life and enjoy the benefits I receive....strength, mental clarity, overall increased energize, etc. However, I am yet to find a program I can stick to. I really want to maximize my workout time and quality of the workouts. I am definitely open to opinions and ideas of workout combos throughout the week. Ideally, I will probably focus on 4 days of FB workouts because I also run regularly during the week (3-8 miles...3-4x per week). Thank you in advance for the support and any suggestions!!! :)
