Hi! I'm New to This...

So I've used fb on and off on YouTube and only recently found out they have a whole beautiful world outside YouTube and I love it! If you're new like me, I'd love to have some people to network with to keep us all motivated and a little accountable. If you've been doing this a while, tips tips tips! I love the tips! I would love to know what kinds of workouts are best to start out with, is it a good idea to do pilates one day, hiit the next, then strength, and top it off with yoga the last day or is it best to focus on one thing from week to week/month to month? That kind of stuff. Thanks ahead of time! I'm excited to blend! :D
