Am New to This!

Hello!

So I tried FB Abs and I found it really difficult. Since it's been a really long time since I've exercised, what would you recommend as a beginner's workout program?

I am pretty lean and just have a few tummy rolls, a jiggly arm and thunder thighs though. Like in this picture.

I really need your help in choosing the right workouts.
