How to fit in workouts into busy schedule

I have always been an active person. Always loved being outdoors(walking, running ,skating) and in the gym. Ever since I completed my post baccalaureate education and started my new job, I have been having trouble getting my workouts done. I work from 2pm-111pm, 8-10 days straight. I have to clean and do errands before work everyday, which leaves no time for working out. I have been at my new job for almost two years! I can't live my life without working out, I love it too much. I just don't know what to do, its making me sad and not enjoy life as much as I use too. How do you fit working out into your busy schedules? I will take any advice.
