Can I do HIIT consecutively 4 times a week?

Hi all - just after some opinions/advice

My schedule is - run monday, FB workouts tuesday through friday, and sat/sunday rest days. I do mainly a combination of HIIT and strength training, and core work. I like to do at least a short bout of HIIT with every workout - if it is a workout that doesn't incorporate any (for example, a strength training or core only) I will add on one of the 10 or 15 minute HIIT videos. I don't work my muscles when they are excessively sore, but I just don't feel like I have 'worked out' unless I have at least a short period of high intensity work. I know that the general advice is not to do HIIT on consecutive days, and no more than three times a week, but if they are only short workouts, is it a problem? Would love to here what others on here think :)
