First day of first program complete!!

I've been doing FB workouts for several months now, but I've wavered about buying a program. However, I don't workout as consistently as I'd like. So I finally purchased a couple of programs during the cyber Monday sale to help get in the 5x a week workout habit. And today I completed day 1 of FB Sweat. Excited to see how this goes!

PFT results:

Mile: 9:26

Push ups: 10 full, 18 half

Squats: 67 (actually did 70, but the form was sloppy on the last 3 so I subtracted them)

Plank: 0:47

Sit&Reach: +11cm

For the record these results are indicative of the fact that I've already been using FB workouts. I wasn't able to jog a mile just 6 months ago, but today I did! Excited to see how much I improve over the course of the next 4 weeks.
