And breathe! I have just started the Low Impact Fat Los Program and Day One Workout Complete!
It took me a while to get going (I purchased the program three days ago) but finally have bit the bullet and got going. So proud of myself.
To spur me on, I have made the promise to myself that is I stick to this program (and eating sensibly over Christmas i.e. balanced) I can purchase myself some new leggings and a t-shirt from FBs clothing range. I love the geo print leggings!
How do you motivate yourself/ get yourself in the headspace to workout especially if it seems the 'To Do' list is epic/ you get home quite late from work and leave quite early in the morning?
