Reach vs Low Impact

Hey everyone! I’m trying to lose weight and I haven’t worked out in a while so I’m just really wanting to get back into the routine of working out. I’m trying to pick between reach and low impact, I think they both sound like a lot of fun and I’m not sure which one will help me lose weight and keep me motivated to keep working out. If anyone has completed either (or both) and has any tips or suggestions I’m all ears and I greatly appreciate anything you can suggest. Thanks in advance!
