Question about FB Abs Day 1


Hey guys!

So, here comes a silly question:

I am about to start FB Abs (R1) and took sneak peek at what is awaing me at day 1 and I have to say I am not sure which of the videos is one "intended" to do? Is the "intermediate alternative" video meant to be done in stead of the "brutal core workout" one? There is an extra credit challenge, too! To those of you who have done the program or otherwise have insight, how did/would you "solve" day 1 and how did you like it?:)
