Upper and Lower body workouts


Hi all

I was wondering if I could do an Lower body workout followed by an upper body workout within the same hour?

Reason being I don't have many weights and can't really afford buying anymore so I have to set them up before I start a strength training exercise and theres alot of difference in the total body workout so thats why I was hoping I could do both in the same hour

Also im finding it hard to do more than 3 workouts due to work so the above would be perfect but not sure if its doable.

What are your thought / experience on this.
