Days of the Week to Workout


Hey all! I am new to the FB programs. I just started the FB ABs round 1, and I was wondering if there was a way to set up my calendar to where my days "off" are not back-to-back. For example, I have it currently set up as Mondays and Tuesdays being my off days, but I would like it to be Tuesdays and Fridays instead...is this possible on the calendar/is this recommended to be successful in the program?
