I'm quite new to the FitnessBlender community and I haven't done any of the programs so far, only the free videos.
Now I'm thinking about purchasing my first program, but the ones I narrowed it down to all require 5 + 1 days per week. As I also do other sports 3x per week, I can't (resp. don't want to) train with FB another 5 times per week. That would just be too much for me.
Is there the possibility to move the individual workouts around in my calendar to space out the workouts of a program to a longer period?
I hope I could make myself clear...?
