Hi Fitness Blender folks! I have a question that I hope you all can help me with, it's about lunges. I'm wondering if there's a difference between what muscles get worked when doing a forward lunge vs a reverse lunge? My knees can be finicky some days and for some reason a reverse lunge doesn't seem to bother them like the forward lunges can. I'm fine with modifying on the days I feel I need to. But like I said I'm just wondering if I'm missing targeting certain muscles.
