I took advantage of the Cyber Monday sale and bought 2 more programs to add to my collection. FB Strong and FB Sweat.
I'm especially excited for Strong because I have never really just focused on strength training. I've always done a combination of cardio and weights.
Question for the women who have done/completed Strong-do you lift heavy? At this time, I don't really have heavy weights in my collection. The heaviest I have is 12 lbs. Can I still benefit from this program? Or do I need to buy some heavier weights to really see some results?
