I'm really happy with my fitness flow atm. Got the first six weeks of FB Fit done without missing a single workout. Dropped 4.5 kilos so far and I really feel the performance increasing. The soreness got alot less than in the first weeks, but I guess that's no problem as long as I feel like I am really pushing myself during the actual workouts.
In the past this was often the point where I started getting sloppy with my training, but now I am 100% motivated to keep it up and finally get to a really fit status again :)
