Hi! First: I love your videos!! You are so wise with your instructions and workouts and you’ve helped me learn how to work out. I now love working out but I also love running. I have no training/coaching in running because I really wasn’t into sports as a kid. This has meant that I keep getting injured because my body’s running-related muscles are much better trained than all my other muscles. Would you consider building a workout program that counterbalances the training that comes from running recreationally (15-20 km/week)? That would be amazing!!! Let me know what you think!
