FB Strong or Mass?

Hi All, I'm looking for recommendations between these two programs, FB Strong or Mass. I have been actively training for different 10Ks since July which means that running is already part of my weekly routing 3 times a week; 3-6 miles per day. I would like to add more lifting to my routines, currently doing FB30, but not sure which program to select between FB Strong or FB Mass.

Any feedback will be appreciated!
