Recovery workout / stretching

Hi!

I'm doing FB Burn and on the 6th day of the week (as with other FB programmes) I have a "recovery workout" which is always some stretching routine. D&K often say that you should never do stretching before working out, so why they have stretching as a stand-alone workout? I tried doing one of those stretching workouts all on its own, but had to stop due to tightness in my muscles. So, I switched to recovery cardio workouts for my rest/recovery days.

What do you do on those days when a stretching workout or no workout at all is scheduled on your calendar? Do you have a favourite FB video? Suggestions are welcome!

P.S. Of course, I could go for a walk - but the weather is far too cold for that right now...
