Taking a 5 day hiatus :(

So, I've been doing FB Strong and loving it, but I've been fighting a little bug of some kind and working towards a big performance on Tuesday. After I do upper body workouts, the next day I'm sore and my muscles can't relax the way they should be when practising the violin for something so important. So a hiatus on upper body will take place until after Tuesday. Also a hiatus on cardio/HIIT as I'm just not feeling too well. I'll try and stick some 10-15min abs videos into my days for sure!! But I think taking about 5 days out of training is for the best. Plus...my arms are getting quite a workout from hours of intense violin playing I'm doing!

Important to listen to our body. Body says, it needs a timeout on Workout Complete.

Back to it from Wednesday I hope!!
