Seeking recommendation on workout program for newbie

Hi, I’m Sarav. I have a chronic problem with my back(slipped disc L5S1) and my left knee is not very stable.

I am starting out to exercise after a long time and I seek your advice on workout programs that target fat loss and muscle building without going too hard on the knees and back.
