rest days

hi everyone i am fairly new to FB.. about two months in. i have been doing the challenge programs and know they are only average 5 days a week. so my question is.. what do u do? do u go right into another challenge (guilty but i know not smart) any good rest day videos? or do u completely rest which would be very hard for me to do . advice? thoughts? suggestions?
