I'm Jenna and I'm new to FB. I'm in my early 20s and currently doing a masters. I've had an eating disorder before and find myself pushing a little too hard every now and then; I'm an active swimmer (about 1h/4 times a week), I walk everywhere and I usually prefer to workout at home (about 40 min/6 days a week). I want to be fitter without falling back into my restrictive mindset, so I'm looking to find a healthy workout balance without letting go of the swimming (it clears my head). Would anyone have any suggestions about where to start?
