Trying to not be Obsessed

Hello all,

Recently I have started working out with coworker after school. We are both teachers. Now that I have started working out with her I have not done any fitness blender routines. Sometimes I do just a stretch video to get a blue check mark on the calendar and then add in the notes that I did a different workout somewhere else. I continue to core, cardio, legs, and upper. I continue to feel great but for some reason I can't get past the blue check mark on this site.

I know that I am exercising everyday and doing the right thing but why am I so obsessed with the blue check mark on fitness blender. I have put a blue W on m calendar at home as a motivation.
