Extra Credit Challenge

Hi at all!

This is my first post here so I am relatively new here :)

I`m working out with FB for a few months now and shortly I bought some programs and I am wondering how to integrate the extra credit challenges into my workouts.

Mostly there are warm ups and cooldowns integrated in the main workouts and afterwards there are sometimes some extra credit challenges.

How do you handle it if you do the extra credit directly after the main workout with the included cooldown? Do you hit pause and then do the extra credit? Or do you first finish the cooldown and then do the extra credit?
